Jukka-Pekka Korja, who has led Vallox for 11 years, has decided to focus on his board duties effective April 1, and Kari Laakso, M.Sc. (Eng.), MBA, has been appointed as the company’s new CEO. He assumed the position in mid-January 2026.
Laakso has extensive experience in international business and has worked for many years with the Kiilto Family Group, including as CEO of KiiltoClean. Kari joins Vallox from his role as Vice Chairman of the Board and Growth Partner at Intermedius Oy, a member of the Kiilto Family Group.
– I see the move to Vallox as an exciting opportunity. I believe we can continue to develop Vallox so that it achieves an even stronger position in the various segments of the ventilation industry, says Laakso.
